The ‘T3i Thermal Sensor’  effectively pin-points significant heat sources generated by timber pests within conventional building structures. Thermal analysis confirms the presence of termites in suspect areas. Termatrac can also trace and locate termite nests and entry points.

A Powerful moisture sensor is incorporated into the ‘Termatrac T3i’. It measures and records differential moisture levels in building materials - without damage. Potential termite risk areas are associated with the concentrated presence of moisture in most surfaces including wood, plasterboard, roofing, plastic, brick and concrete.
